Q: What are the dimensions of this Melville Reporter bag?
A: It measures approximately 33 × 22 × 11 cm (width × height × depth). As a pre-owned bag, its shape may vary slightly depending on how it is packed.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: The bag is suited to everyday essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys and a small notebook. Check the dimensions of anything larger before purchasing, as usable space may be smaller than the exterior measurements.

Q: Will it fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this bag. Its exterior width is 33 cm, but the opening and interior space will be smaller, so compare your laptop’s measurements carefully or contact us before purchasing.

Q: Can I wear it across the body?
A: The Melville Reporter is a shoulder-bag style designed for hands-free wear. The recorded strap measurement for this piece is 46 cm; whether it sits comfortably across the body will depend on your height and preferred fit.

Q: Does it have pockets?
A: The Melville Reporter design typically has a front flap, exterior side pockets and interior slip pockets for organising smaller belongings. Please check this particular bag’s photographs for its exact layout.

Q: Is Damier Ebene leather?
A: Damier Ebene refers to Louis Vuitton’s brown checked coated canvas, rather than an all-leather exterior. The material is practical for regular use, though the bag should still be protected from prolonged moisture and abrasion.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior shows light traces of use, the interior has minor marks, and the shiny hardware has light scratches.

Q: What does the MI1006 code mean?
A: Using Louis Vuitton’s date-code format for this period, MI1006 indicates production in France in October 2006. A date code provides production information but is not, by itself, proof of authenticity.

Q: Are any accessories included?
A: No accessories are listed with this bag. Please refer to the product information for what is included.

Q: How should I care for the bag?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Avoid harsh cleaners, oils and prolonged exposure to water, heat or direct sunlight. Store it in a dry place without overfilling it.
