Q: Is this a complete Pochette Métis bag or just a strap?
A: This listing is for the Louis Vuitton Monogram Pochette Métis bag with a shoulder strap, not a standalone replacement strap. The product information includes measurements and condition details for the bag itself.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: This particular bag measures approximately 24 cm wide, 19 cm high and 6 cm deep. The handle measurement is listed as 4 cm, and the adjustable strap measurement as 50 cm. Please use these item-specific measurements rather than those of current retail versions.

Q: What can I fit inside the Pochette Métis?
A: It is suited to everyday essentials such as a smartphone, a compact wallet, keys, tissues and a lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them. Avoid overpacking or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody or on the shoulder?
A: The Pochette Métis is designed for shoulder and crossbody wear with its adjustable, removable strap, or hand carrying using the top handle. This item's strap measurement is listed as 50 cm and adjustable; where the bag sits will depend on your height, build and clothing.

Q: Is the Monogram exterior leather?
A: The classic Monogram Pochette Métis has a coated canvas exterior with natural cowhide leather trim. The patterned canvas is not leather. The natural leather trim can develop a darker patina over time.

Q: How is the bag organised, and how does it close?
A: The classic Monogram Pochette Métis design has three internal compartments and an exterior zipped pocket at the back. Its front flap is secured by Louis Vuitton's signature S-lock closure, allowing you to keep smaller essentials organised.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is graded Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details to assess the visible wear.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A shoulder strap is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I clean and store it?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and a little mild soapy water, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid alcohol, oils, leather lotions and harsh cleaners. If the natural leather gets wet, blot it with a clean, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Store the bag in a breathable dust bag, if available, away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking to help preserve its shape.
