A: The bag measures 29 cm wide, 21 cm high and 14 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 20 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the bag’s opening. Avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag, with a handle measurement of 20 cm. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing. No separate strap measurement is provided, so crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded as Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and signs of wear on the corners and leather. The interior is in good condition with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This Chanel 2.55 Hobo Bag is listed as brown. Please review the product photographs to assess the shade, bearing in mind that lighting and screen settings can affect how it appears.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label identifies this bag as made in France.

Q: Does this bag come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are therefore not supplied with this item.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale states that its items undergo a two-step authenticity screening process involving authentication expertise from its supplier network and its own checks. The retailer provides an authenticity guarantee for the items it sells.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright, lightly supported with tissue paper, and protect any straps or chains from marking the leather. A storage pouch would need to be supplied separately, as none is included.
