Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel CC Caviar Pouch?
A: It measures 23 cm wide, 6 cm high and 8 cm deep. Compare these measurements with your essentials before purchasing, allowing for less usable space inside.

Q: What can I fit inside this pouch?
A: Its compact proportions may suit small essentials such as lip products, keys and a slim cardholder, depending on their size and how you pack them. Phone fit is not confirmed, so compare your device, including its case, with the listed measurements. Avoid overfilling the pouch.

Q: What colour is this pouch?
A: This Chanel CC Caviar Pouch is black.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned pouch in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as unused or pristine.

Q: Does this pouch come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is listed in the product information, and no strap measurements are provided. If shoulder or crossbody wear is important to you, please confirm the available carrying options before purchasing.

Q: What is included with this pouch?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag, and the recorded serial number is 4887358. A box, dust bag and separate authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I clean and care for this Chanel pouch?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter its finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot the affected area with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. For persistent marks or repairs, seek advice from a CHANEL boutique rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How should I store the pouch when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from prolonged light and moisture, without compressing or overfilling it. A storage pouch is not listed in the product information and may need to be supplied separately.
