Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Chain Around Clutch Bag?
A: This bag measures 22 cm wide, 12 cm high and 3 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 50 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this clutch?
A: Its slim dimensions make it best suited to a small selection of essentials rather than bulky items. A slim cardholder and a few small personal items are sensible options, but actual capacity depends on their size and the bag’s internal layout. Avoid overfilling it.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone’s dimensions, including its case, with the bag’s external measurements of 22 × 12 × 3 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and the opening. Contact A Retro Tale if you need confirmation for a specific phone.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody, and is the strap detachable?
A: The product information lists a strap measurement of 50 cm, but does not specify whether this is the full length or the drop. Crossbody suitability, adjustability and detachability are not confirmed. Please contact A Retro Tale before purchasing if a particular carrying style is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware is shiny with light scratches, so it is not described as pristine or unused.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel Chain Around Clutch Bag is listed as red, and its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included. Please contact A Retro Tale if you need confirmation of what accompanies the bag.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale states that its items are reviewed and authenticated by experts with specialist brand knowledge, with close examination of stitching, handles and other details. The retailer guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells.

Q: How should I care for and store this Chanel clutch?
A: Handle it gently and avoid overfilling it. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the chain to help prevent marks. As the material is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice before applying any cleaning products.
