Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Jumbo Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 30 cm wide, 20 cm high and 10 cm deep.

Q: What can fit inside the Jumbo Flap Bag?
A: The Jumbo size is a practical option for everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them; avoid overfilling the bag to preserve its shape.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and light creasing to the leather. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this Chanel bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2014–2015, with a partially concealed serial number beginning with 20.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists an authenticity card and a serial number tag. A box or dust bag is not listed, so please do not assume either is included.

Q: How can I help protect the beige leather from colour transfer?
A: Avoid prolonged contact with dark-coloured clothing, particularly materials that may release dye. CHANEL recommends limiting contact between light and dark colours to minimise colour bleeding onto leather or clothing.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could damage the finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice for stains rather than experimenting with cleaning products.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering any straps or chains to help prevent contact marks. A storage pouch is not listed in this item's product information and may need to be supplied separately.
