Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Quilted Clutch Bag?
A: The clutch measures approximately 30 cm in width, 22 cm in height and 7 cm in depth. It is a roomy size for a clutch. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the exact dimensions.

Q: What fits inside this clutch?
A: Thanks to its 30 cm width and 7 cm depth, it comfortably holds a smartphone, a cardholder or slim wallet, keys, lipstick and other small evening essentials. A larger phone or a compact make-up pouch should also fit. Capacity varies slightly depending on how it is packed.

Q: Does this bag have a strap or handle?
A: This is a clutch, designed to be carried in the hand or tucked under the arm. No handle or strap measurements are listed in the product information, so please contact us if you would like confirmation before ordering.

Q: What condition is the bag in?
A: It is in Very Good condition. The exterior shows minor rubbing on the corners, and the interior shows a light trace of use. The hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please view all of the images on this page to assess the condition for yourself.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: According to the product information, no accessories are included. The bag is sold on its own, without a box, dust bag or authenticity card.

Q: How should I care for a quilted Chanel clutch?
A: Wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with water, perfume and harsh chemicals. Keep the bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat. Store it in a breathable dust bag, lightly stuffed to help it keep its shape. Take extra care with the corners, which are more prone to rubbing. For any deeper cleaning or restoration, we recommend a specialist.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin for this piece is France.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully vetted by our in-house experts. They carry out multi-point checks of materials, stitching, hardware and stamps. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell and can provide further details on request.
