Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Wild Stich Wallet on Chain Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. It is a compact Wallet on Chain rather than a full-sized handbag.

Q: What can I carry inside it?
A: A Wallet on Chain is best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, a few keys and a lipstick, with room for a phone depending on its size. Bulky wallets and large keyrings can take up much of the available space. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the closure.

Q: Will my phone fit?
A: Phone compatibility is not confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with the bag's external measurements of 19 × 13 × 4 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and any other items you plan to carry.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The Wallet on Chain style is generally suitable for shoulder or crossbody wear. This item's listed strap measurement is 62 cm. Where it sits will depend on your height and build; please confirm the measurement with us if you need a particular fit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has scuffing and rubbing on the corners and edges, while the interior shows light signs of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This bag is red. Please review the product photographs for its appearance, bearing in mind that lighting and screen settings can affect how the shade looks.

Q: When and where was this bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2014 and lists France as its country of origin. Its serial number is shown in masked form as 19******.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could damage its finish. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and avoid prolonged contact between light and dark colours to reduce the risk of colour transfer. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the chain to help prevent marks.
