Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Wallet on Chain?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 60 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside a Chanel Wallet on Chain?
A: The WOC is designed for a small selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, a few keys and a lipstick, with space for a phone depending on its size. Bulky purses, large key bundles and sunglasses cases can limit capacity. Avoid overfilling the bag to preserve its shape.

Q: Will my phone fit inside this bag?
A: Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and what else you carry. Compare your phone's measurements with the bag's external dimensions of 19 × 13 × 4 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior. These measurements alone do not guarantee a fit, particularly with a thick case.

Q: Can I wear the Classic Wallet on Chain crossbody or on the shoulder?
A: The Classic WOC style can be worn crossbody or on the shoulder. This item's listed strap measurement is 60 cm; where it sits will depend on your height and build. If strap fit is important, ask for confirmation of how this measurement was taken before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is graded Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or like new.

Q: Does this bag come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included. Check the product information or contact A Retro Tale if you need confirmation.

Q: What colour is this Chanel Classic Wallet on Chain?
A: This particular bag is listed as black.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin and country of origin label are both listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged sunlight, moisture, perfume and cosmetics. Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care and avoid cleaning products that could damage the finish. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the chain to help prevent marks. For stains or material-specific treatment, seek specialist advice.
