Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Caviar Wallet on Chain?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 12 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 62 cm.

Q: What fits inside a Chanel Wallet on Chain?
A: The compact Wallet on Chain format is suited to a few essentials, such as cards, cash, a small set of keys and a lipstick. A phone may also fit, depending on its size, case and what else you carry. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside this bag?
A: Phone fit is not confirmed for this specific piece. Compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with the bag's external measurements of 19 × 12 × 4 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior. A bulky case will reduce the space available for other essentials.

Q: Can this Wallet on Chain be worn crossbody?
A: The Classic Wallet on Chain is commonly worn crossbody or over the shoulder. How it sits will depend on your height and build; this piece has a listed strap measurement of 62 cm. Check the product photographs to assess the intended fit.

Q: What is caviar leather, and how does it compare with lambskin?
A: Caviar leather is known for its distinctive pebbled texture. It is generally more resistant to visible everyday marks than smooth lambskin, although it is not scratch-proof and still needs careful handling. This piece is the black Classic Caviar model.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, so this is not an unworn piece.

Q: When was this bag made?
A: The product information dates this piece to 2018–2019 and lists its partially masked serial number as 26******. A serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin and origin label are both listed as France.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a box, dust bag and serial number tag. An authenticity card is not listed among the included items.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect the bag from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting the chain from contact with the leather, and avoid overfilling it.
