Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 25 cm wide, 16 cm high and 7 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 24 cm and the strap measurement is 42 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the medium Classic Flap?
A: It is best suited to compact everyday essentials, such as a mobile phone, cardholder or small wallet, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings, and the inner flap takes up some space. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the closure.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The medium Classic Flap is primarily suited to shoulder wear. Crossbody wear may work on some smaller frames, but it can sit high on the body. This item's listed strap measurement is 42 cm; crossbody comfort cannot be guaranteed from that measurement alone.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: A double flap has an outer flap and a second inner flap covering the main compartment. The additional flap helps cover the contents and supports the bag's structured shape, while making access slightly less direct than on a single-flap design.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior have very light traces of use, described as almost unnoticeable. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, so this is a pre-owned piece rather than a pristine, unused bag.

Q: When was this bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2009–2010 and lists its partially concealed serial number as 13******. This is a production period rather than an exact manufacturing date.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This particular bag is black, and its country-of-origin label is France.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so do not assume they are included. Please confirm with A Retro Tale if any of these are important to your purchase.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged sunlight, humidity, perfume and other chemicals. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper shielding the straps or chain from the bag's surface. As the material is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice before applying cleaning products or conditioners.
