ChanelCoco Mark Clip-on Earrings

Q: Are these earrings suitable for non-pierced ears?
A: Yes. This pair has a clip-on closure, so it is designed to be worn without ear piercings. If you do have pierced ears, you can still wear them as clip-ons if that feels comfortable for you.

Q: What size are these Chanel Coco Mark Clip-on Earrings?
A: They measure approximately 4.2 cm in height, 2 cm in width and 0.5 cm in depth. Please use these measurements to judge how they will sit on the ear.

Q: What are the main design details?
A: These vintage Chanel earrings feature gold-tone metal, blue cabochon stones and CC logo dangle drops. They are marked as made in France.

Q: What condition are they in?
A: They are listed in Very Good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light surface scratches consistent with gentle vintage wear.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: According to the product information, this pair comes with no additional inclusions. If an original box, pouch or authenticity card is not mentioned in the product information, it is not included.

Q: Are vintage clip-on earrings comfortable for long wear?
A: Comfort can vary from person to person, especially with clip-on styles. They are designed to sit securely on the ear, but clip-ons can feel firmer than pierced earrings during extended wear, particularly if you have sensitive ears.

Q: How should I care for vintage Chanel costume jewellery?
A: Handle them gently and apply perfume, hairspray and make-up before putting the earrings on. After wearing, wipe them carefully with a soft dry cloth and store them separately in a pouch or box to help protect the finish and stones.

Q: Can vintage Chanel clip-on earrings be repaired if needed?
A: In many cases, a specialist jeweller can assess clip mechanisms on vintage earrings. Because vintage parts are not always readily available, repair options can vary depending on age, construction and the specific issue.

Q: How is authenticity checked?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is reviewed for authenticity by specialists. With vintage Chanel jewellery, details such as overall craftsmanship, construction and markings are typically assessed as part of the authentication process.
