Q: What fits inside this Chanel Quilted Suede Flap Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 28 x 20 x 8 cm, this medium-sized flap bag is suited to daily essentials such as a phone, small wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a few beauty items. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the most accurate size guide.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. This bag features a single flat shoulder strap with an approximate drop of 22 cm, making it comfortable for shoulder wear.

Q: What material is this bag made from?
A: This piece is crafted in red quilted suede with burgundy leather lining. Suede gives the bag a soft, luxurious finish, but it is generally more delicate than grained leather and benefits from careful handling.

Q: Is suede difficult to care for?
A: Suede requires a little extra care compared with smoother leathers. It is best to avoid rain, excess moisture, direct sunlight, and friction from dark or rough clothing. Store it upright, lightly stuffed, and use a soft dry cloth for gentle surface cleaning. For deeper cleaning, specialist care is recommended.

Q: Does this bag have interior and exterior pockets?
A: Yes. The bag has one rear slip pocket on the outside and one internal zipped pocket inside, which is useful for organising smaller essentials.

Q: What does the serial sticker tell me about the bag?
A: This bag includes a serial sticker, and the serial range dates it to approximately 1997 to 1999 according to the product information. On vintage Chanel bags, the serial sticker is an important detail, but authentication should always consider the bag as a whole, including materials, construction, hardware, and overall finish.

Q: What condition is the bag in?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior shows light traces of use with marks in the suede, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What accessories are included with this item?
A: This item includes a serial sticker. Everything included is listed under the product information; if another accessory is not listed there, it is not included.

Q: Is a vintage Chanel suede flap bag practical for everyday use?
A: It can be, especially if you travel light and prefer a classic shoulder bag silhouette. That said, because this is a vintage suede piece, many buyers choose it for careful regular use rather than heavy everyday wear in order to preserve the material and condition.
