Q: How large is this Christian Dior Trotter tote?
A: It measures approximately 38 cm wide, 33 cm high and 2 cm deep, with a 19 cm handle measurement. Its slim profile is best suited to flatter everyday essentials rather than bulky items.

Q: Will a laptop fit inside?
A: The 38 × 33 cm face may accommodate some slim laptops, but the bag is only 2 cm deep and laptop fit has not been confirmed. Check your device’s full dimensions, including its thickness and any protective sleeve, before purchasing.

Q: Can I carry it over my shoulder?
A: The recorded handle measurement is 19 cm. Whether it sits comfortably on your shoulder will depend on your build and clothing; a separate shoulder strap is not listed in the product information.

Q: What condition is the bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. There are signs of wear and cracking on the leather details of the handles, light stains inside, and light scratches on the otherwise shiny hardware.

Q: Are the handle cracks worth considering for everyday use?
A: Yes. The cracking is part of this bag’s recorded condition, so avoid overloading it or placing unnecessary strain on the handles. Review the product photographs closely to decide whether the wear suits your needs.

Q: What colour is it, and where was it made?
A: This tote is listed as black and made in Italy.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are listed for this item. Please refer to the product information for what is included.

Q: How is its authenticity assessed?
A: A Retro Tale states that its experts review details such as stitching, handles and other construction features when authenticating its vintage and second-hand bags. An original authenticity card is not listed for this tote.

Q: How should I care for this pre-owned tote?
A: Handle the worn leather details gently, avoid excessive weight and keep the bag away from prolonged heat and moisture. For the interior stains or any deeper cleaning, consult a specialist in luxury handbag care rather than using harsh cleaners.
