Christian DiorSilk Twilly

Q: What size is this Christian Dior Silk Twilly?
A: This piece measures approximately 100 cm in length and 6 cm in width. Its slim, elongated shape makes it easy to style in several ways without feeling bulky.

Q: How can I wear a silk twilly like this?
A: A narrow silk twilly is typically worn around the neck, tied at the wrist, styled in the hair, or wrapped around a handbag handle. With its 100 cm length, this one is especially well suited to elegant, lightweight styling.

Q: Can this twilly be tied onto a handbag handle?
A: Yes. A silk twilly of this shape is commonly used to decorate or personalise bag handles. It can also add a soft finishing touch to a top-handle bag or tote, although gentle use is recommended to help preserve the silk.

Q: What material is this item made from?
A: This is a Christian Dior Silk Twilly, so it is presented as a silk accessory. Silk twill styles are prized for their smooth feel, light structure, and refined drape.

Q: What condition is this twilly in?
A: The overall condition is Very Good, with light traces of use. Please review the product images and product information for the best view of its current vintage condition.

Q: Is this a good size for neck styling?
A: Yes. At 100 x 6 cm, it is long enough to knot neatly at the neck while still keeping a sleek, narrow silhouette. It also works well for a small bow or loose tie.

Q: Does this item come with any extras?
A: No additional extras are included with this piece. Please refer to the product information for the most accurate included-item details.

Q: How should I care for a vintage silk twilly?
A: Silk should be handled gently. We recommend avoiding rain, perfume, oils, and prolonged direct sunlight. When not in use, store it flat or loosely rolled in a dry place, and consider specialist dry cleaning if needed.

Q: Is this item authentic?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale specialises in authenticated luxury vintage accessories, and each item is carefully vetted before sale.
