Q: What material and colour is this Fendi Large Suede Mamma Bag?
A: This bag is made from suede in a camel colour.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: It measures 36 cm wide, 24 cm high and 14 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 30 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should comfortably accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This Mamma model is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed, and the listed 30 cm strap measurement should not be taken as confirmation of a crossbody-length strap.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and a small mark on the suede. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label identifies Italy.

Q: How should I clean and care for the suede?
A: Gently remove surface dust from dry suede with a soft suede brush, avoiding vigorous rubbing. Keep it away from oils, perfume, solvents and abrasive cleaners. For the existing mark or any stubborn staining, seek advice from a specialist suede cleaner rather than attempting aggressive home treatment.

Q: Can I use this bag in the rain, and how should I store it?
A: It is best kept out of the rain, as moisture can stain or discolour suede. If it gets damp, gently blot away surface moisture and allow it to dry naturally away from heat. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, using a separately purchased breathable dust bag rather than a plastic cover.
