Q: How long is the Givenchy Cross Pendant Necklace?
A: The product information contains two different measurements: the necklace perimeter is listed as 45 cm, while the description gives a necklace length of 90 cm. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the measurement before purchasing, particularly if you have a preferred fit.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: This vintage, pre-owned necklace is graded Very Good Condition. Its hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, so some signs of previous wear are present.

Q: Is this necklace made from solid gold?
A: The necklace is described as gold-tone metal, not solid gold. The base metal, any plating and gold purity are not specified in the product information.

Q: What is the blue detail on the cross pendant?
A: The cross pendant features a blue cabochon. Its material is not specified, so it should not be assumed to be a particular gemstone, glass or resin.

Q: What type of clasp does it have, and is the length adjustable?
A: The textured link chain has a fold-over clasp closure. The product information does not confirm an adjustable length or a removable pendant; please contact A Retro Tale if either feature is important to you.

Q: Has this Givenchy necklace been authenticated?
A: According to the product information, its authenticity has been checked and certified by Kathrine, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: The product information lists Italy as the country of origin.

Q: Does this necklace come with its original box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included according to the product information, so an original box or pouch is not included.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: As a precaution, remove this vintage necklace before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with water, perspiration, perfume and cleaning chemicals to help preserve its finish.

Q: How should I clean and store this necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. As the exact metal finish and cabochon material are unspecified, avoid soaking, abrasive polishing and harsh cleaners. Store it separately in a dry, soft-lined compartment or pouch to help prevent scratches and tangling.
