Q: What size is this Hermès Cashmere Hat?
A: This hat is labelled size 56. In European hat sizing, this generally corresponds to a head circumference of approximately 56 cm. The fit may vary with the hat’s shape and previous wear.

Q: How can I check whether size 56 will fit me?
A: Use a flexible tape measure around your head, across your forehead and just above your ears, where the hat would naturally sit. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug, without pulling it tight, then compare your measurement with 56 cm.

Q: What material is the hat made from?
A: The product is described as a cashmere hat. The exact fibre percentages and lining composition are not specified in the product information, so a 100% cashmere composition should not be assumed.

Q: What colour is this hat?
A: The hat is listed as navy, a dark blue shade. Its appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and your screen settings.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned hat in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use on both the exterior and interior. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece rather than a new, unworn item.

Q: Where was this Hermès hat made?
A: The country-of-origin information lists France.

Q: Does the hat come with a box?
A: Yes, a box is included according to the product information. No other accompanying items are listed.

Q: Can I wash this cashmere hat at home?
A: Follow the hat’s own care label before cleaning it; the cleaning instructions are not supplied in the product information. Do not assume it is machine-washable. If the label specifies dry cleaning, follow that instruction. If the label is missing or unclear, consult a professional cleaner experienced with cashmere hats.

Q: How should I store the hat when it is not being worn?
A: Store it clean and completely dry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The included box can help protect it from dust, provided the hat is not compressed. Support its natural shape and check periodically for signs of moth activity.
