Q: What size is this Hermès Wool Cap?
A: This cap is marked size 59. In general, that corresponds to a head circumference of around 59 cm. For the best fit, compare this with a cap you already wear comfortably or measure around the widest part of your head.

Q: Is this cap adjustable?
A: No adjustable strap is mentioned in the product details, so it should be treated as a fixed-size cap in size 59.

Q: What colour is this cap?
A: According to the product data, this Hermès Wool Cap is grey, making it an easy neutral shade to style with both casual and smart outerwear.

Q: What condition is the cap in?
A: It is listed in very good condition with light traces of use. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful previous wear.

Q: How should I clean and care for a wool cap like this?
A: Wool caps are usually best cared for gently. Spot clean with a soft damp cloth, avoid machine washing, and let the cap air dry naturally away from direct heat. For heavier soiling, professional cleaning is the safest option.

Q: Is a wool cap suitable for everyday wear?
A: Yes. Wool is a practical material for cooler weather because it offers warmth, structure, and a refined look. A Hermès wool cap works well for daily city wear, travel, and transitional seasons.

Q: Will a wool cap lose its shape if it gets wet?
A: Light moisture is not usually a problem, but wool should not be soaked or dried with high heat. If it gets damp, let it dry naturally and reshape it gently by hand while drying.

Q: Is this item unisex?
A: Yes, caps in this style are generally considered unisex. The key point is fit rather than gender, so the size 59 measurement is the most important detail to check.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: The product information states no product information is included with this piece. If you would like to confirm anything before purchase, it is always worth checking with customer service.

Q: How is authenticity handled for a pre-owned Hermès cap?
A: Hermès advises that only purchases made through its official channels can be guaranteed by the brand itself. For this pre-owned item, A Retro Tale states that all items are rigorously vetted for authenticity by its in-house experts.
