Q: What size is the Louis Vuitton Epi Speedy 30 bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 30 x 22 x 17 cm, with an 8 cm handle drop. The Speedy 30 is considered a roomy everyday size that offers more space than the smaller Speedy 25 while still feeling easy to carry by hand.

Q: What typically fits inside a Speedy 30?
A: A Speedy 30 usually fits daily essentials comfortably, such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics pouch, and small notebook. With its structured shape and roomy interior, it can also accommodate bulkier everyday items more easily than smaller Speedy sizes.

Q: Is Epi leather durable for daily use?
A: Yes. Epi leather is one of Louis Vuitton’s best-known durable leathers, appreciated for its textured finish, structured feel, and resistance to everyday wear. It is a popular choice for buyers who want a leather bag that keeps its shape well and generally requires less maintenance than more delicate finishes.

Q: How should I care for this vintage Epi leather bag?
A: Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or leather chemicals. It is best to keep the bag away from oils, perfume, alcohol-based products, prolonged heat, and strong sunlight. When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place and lightly fill it to help maintain its shape.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap or extra items?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. It is designed to be carried by hand using the top handles, and there is no strap listed with this piece.

Q: What does the date code VI1914 mean?
A: The date code indicates production in France in November 1994. On Louis Vuitton bags from this era, the two letters identify the factory location and the four digits indicate the month and year of production.

Q: What is the condition of this particular bag?
A: This item is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior shows scratches, marks on the leather, and visible creasing. The interior has stains, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches and some tarnishing. These details are reflected in the product information for this specific bag.

Q: Is the Speedy 30 a good travel or everyday bag?
A: Yes. The Speedy 30 is widely considered one of the most versatile sizes in the Speedy line because it works well as a spacious everyday handbag and can also serve as a practical companion for short trips, commuting, or carrying extra essentials throughout the day.
