Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Totally PM?
A: This bag measures approximately 27 cm wide × 25 cm high × 10 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 22 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside the Totally PM?
A: Its compact tote shape is suitable for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Laptop fit is not confirmed for this item, so compare your device and its case with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can I carry this bag on my shoulder?
A: The Totally PM has two leather handles designed for shoulder carrying, and it can also be carried by hand. Comfort and clearance will depend on your build and clothing, particularly when wearing a thick coat. No separate shoulder strap is included.

Q: Is the Monogram Totally PM made entirely from leather?
A: No. This model combines brown Monogram coated canvas with natural Vachetta leather handles and trim. The canvas forms the main body of the bag, while the leather provides the contrasting detailing.

Q: Does the Totally PM have a zip closure?
A: Yes, the Totally PM design has a zip-top closure that closes the main compartment, making it a practical option if you prefer a tote that is not open at the top.

Q: What are the side pockets for?
A: The Totally PM has two open exterior side pockets for smaller belongings you want to reach quickly. As these pockets do not close, valuables are better kept in the zipped main compartment. The model also features interior pockets for organisation.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Good Condition. The Vachetta leather handles and trim show visible patina, darkening and signs of wear. The interior is in good condition with light traces of use, while the hardware has discolouration and scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these details.

Q: Why have the leather handles and trim darkened?
A: Natural Vachetta leather develops a darker, amber-toned patina over time. This is an expected characteristic of the material, rather than the original pale leather colour remaining unchanged. This particular bag also has visible wear, as described in the product information.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the Vachetta leather. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products and commercial cleaning treatments. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Store the bag in a breathable protective bag away from heat, and avoid overpacking it.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information. A dust bag, box and separate shoulder strap are therefore not included.
