Q: What makes this Neverfull MM different from the classic Monogram version?
A: It features the rose artwork associated with Louis Vuitton’s Stephen Sprouse collection, layered over the brown Monogram canvas. The Roses Neverfull MM is a limited-edition design from 2009.

Q: How large is this bag, and what can it hold?
A: This bag measures 32 cm wide, 28 cm high and 14 cm deep. The MM is a practical everyday tote with room for items such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small notebook. What fits will depend on the size of your belongings.

Q: Will a laptop fit inside?
A: A compact laptop may fit, but laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your device and any protective sleeve with the bag’s measurements of 32 × 28 × 14 cm, allowing for the shape of the opening.

Q: Can I carry it over my shoulder?
A: The Neverfull MM is designed with two handles for carrying by hand or over the shoulder. The handle measurement listed for this bag is 20 cm; comfort and clearance will depend on how you prefer to carry it. No separate shoulder strap is listed.

Q: Does it zip closed?
A: The Neverfull MM has an open-top tote design with a central hook fastening rather than a full-length top zip. Its side laces can be drawn in for a narrower shape.

Q: Is a removable pouch or dust bag included?
A: No accessories are included with this bag, according to the product information. Do not assume that a removable pouch or dust bag comes with it; this older Roses edition should not be confused with newer Neverfull versions that may include a pouch.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is graded Good Condition. There is scuffing on the corners, wear to the handles and top leather trim, and stains inside. The hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look.

Q: What does the code SP0039 mean?
A: SP0039 is consistent with production in France in the third week of 2009, which accords with this bag’s France origin label. A date code indicates production details but is not, on its own, proof of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for the rose print?
A: Avoid rubbing the printed canvas against rough surfaces, as printed areas can fade or abrade with use. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. For light surface dirt, use a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoid scrubbing the roses or wetting the leather trim, and do not use harsh cleaners or leather oils on the canvas.
