Q: What is Louis Vuitton Vernis, and what colour is this coin purse?
A: Vernis is Louis Vuitton’s glossy patent leather with an embossed Monogram pattern. This coin purse is listed as burgundy.

Q: What are the measurements of this coin purse?
A: It measures approximately 13 cm wide, 9 cm high and 0.5 cm deep. The key chain measures approximately 8 cm.

Q: Can it hold cards and cash as well as coins?
A: This type of pouch is useful for coins, cards and folded notes. The amount this particular purse can hold depends on the combination of items; its slim depth makes it better suited to a small selection of essentials rather than a full wallet’s contents. Avoid overfilling it.

Q: Does this coin purse have a key chain?
A: Yes, an approximately 8 cm key chain is listed in the product measurements. It provides a convenient way to keep keys together with the purse.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned coin purse in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or other accessories?
A: No additional accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A box or dust bag should therefore not be expected.

Q: How should I clean and care for Vernis leather?
A: Handle the glossy surface gently and use a soft cloth for light surface cleaning. Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, oils, perfume and sanitiser. For stubborn marks, seek advice from Louis Vuitton rather than attempting an aggressive home treatment.

Q: Can Vernis leather suffer from colour transfer or fading?
A: Yes. Louis Vuitton advises keeping Vernis away from materials that can transfer colour, including denim, magazines and other leathers. Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure, which can cause fading. These precautions remain relevant even with a darker shade such as burgundy.

Q: How should I store this coin purse when not in use?
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight and contact with dyed or printed materials. A separate soft dust bag can help protect the finish during storage, but one is not included with this item.
