Q: How can I check whether this bracelet will fit?
A: The bracelet’s length and circumference are not provided in the product information. Please ask A Retro Tale to confirm these measurements before purchasing rather than relying on the dimensions of a similar Tiffany model.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What does Elsa Peretti’s Bean design symbolise?
A: Elsa Peretti’s Bean design symbolises the origins of life. Its smooth, organic contours reflect her interest in the natural world.

Q: Is this bracelet made from sterling silver?
A: This piece is listed as the Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Silver Beans Bracelet. Tiffany states that it uses .925 sterling silver for its silver jewellery; however, this item’s product information does not separately specify its silver fineness.

Q: What condition is this bracelet in?
A: This pre-owned bracelet is listed in Good Condition. Its finish is described as shiny with light scratches, so it should not be expected to look unworn. Please review the product photographs for its appearance.

Q: How can I check whether this bracelet will fit?
A: The bracelet’s length and circumference are not provided in the product information. Please ask A Retro Tale to confirm these measurements before purchasing rather than relying on the dimensions of a similar Tiffany model.

Q: Does this bracelet come with a Tiffany box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A Tiffany box or pouch is therefore not included with this bracelet.

Q: Will the silver tarnish over time?
A: Sterling silver can tarnish, particularly when exposed to humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, salty air or strong chemicals. Gentle cleaning and dry storage help maintain its shine.

Q: How should I clean and store this bracelet?
A: Tiffany recommends applying a small amount of its silver cleaner to a soft cloth and gently rubbing the silver, then rinsing thoroughly in warm water and drying carefully. Keep the bracelet in a soft jewellery pouch in a dry place when not in use. A pouch would need to be supplied separately for this item.

Q: Can I wear this bracelet every day, including in the shower or swimming pool?
A: Tiffany encourages regular wear of its silver jewellery, but recommends removing it before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising or using household cleaning products. Chlorine, salt water, perspiration and cosmetics can accelerate tarnishing.
