Tiffany & CoSmall Bone Cuff in Black Finish over Copper

Q: Who designed the Tiffany & Co. Bone Cuff?
A: The Bone Cuff was designed by Elsa Peretti in 1970. Its sculptural, asymmetric shape follows the natural contours of the wrist.

Q: What is this cuff made from?
A: This piece is made from copper with a black finish. It is not the sterling silver or gold version of the Bone Cuff.

Q: What wrist size does this cuff fit?
A: This specific cuff is listed as fitting a wrist measuring 17.8 cm or smaller. Measure around your wrist with a flexible measuring tape and compare with the product information. A cuff should sit snugly without pinching; a much smaller wrist may find the fit too loose.

Q: Is this cuff intended for the left or right wrist?
A: Bone Cuffs are made in wrist-specific versions to follow the wrist’s anatomy. The orientation of this particular piece is not specified in the product information, so please contact A Retro Tale for confirmation before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned cuff in?
A: This cuff is listed as being in Very Good Condition, with a shiny surface and light scratches. It is not described as unworn; please review the product photographs for the visible signs of wear.

Q: How should I clean and store the black-finish copper cuff?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid metal polish, abrasive cleaners and acidic home remedies, which may affect the finish. Store it separately in a dry place to prevent rubbing against other jewellery, and seek professional advice for deeper cleaning or finish restoration.

Q: Can I wear this cuff in the shower or while swimming?
A: To help preserve the finish, remove it before showering, swimming or activities involving heavy perspiration. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and household chemicals.

Q: What is included with this cuff?
A: A box is included, as stated in the product information. No additional packaging or documentation is specified.

Q: Where was this cuff made?
A: The country of origin listed for this piece is Italy.
