Q: What size is this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Campana Bag?
A: This is the Medium Campana. Its measurements are approximately 30 cm wide, 21 cm high and 14 cm deep, with a strap drop of 22 cm. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the most accurate fit reference.

Q: What typically fits inside the Medium Campana?
A: The Medium Campana is well suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetics pouch and other daily necessities. Its softly structured shape offers practical day-to-day capacity without feeling overly bulky.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder comfortably?
A: Yes. This bag features dual leather shoulder straps and a 22 cm strap drop, which generally makes it comfortable to carry on the shoulder. As with all vintage bags, the fit can vary slightly depending on clothing layers and personal preference.

Q: What are the key design details of this bag?
A: This piece is crafted in brown Intrecciato leather with gunmetal hardware. It has a taupe suede lining, one interior zip pocket, one interior slip pocket and a magnetic snap closure. It is a vintage Bottega Veneta shoulder bag made in Italy.

Q: What is Intrecciato leather?
A: Intrecciato is Bottega Veneta’s signature woven leather technique, known for its refined appearance and supple feel. It is one of the house’s most recognisable design signatures and is especially appreciated for its understated, timeless look.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: This bag is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior shows scuffing on the corners and wear on the handle, the lining has stains, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. We always recommend reviewing all product images carefully for the best understanding of its vintage condition.

Q: Does this bag come with any extras?
A: No, this item comes with no accessories. Everything included with the purchase is stated in the product information.

Q: How should I care for a vintage Bottega Veneta Intrecciato bag?
A: Handle it with care and avoid overfilling, excessive moisture, rough surfaces and prolonged direct sunlight. Store it in a cool, dry place and lightly stuff the interior when not in use to help maintain its shape. For the suede lining and woven leather exterior, gentle specialist cleaning is usually the safest option if deeper care is needed.

Q: Is this bag authenticated?
A: Yes. At A Retro Tale, all items are carefully vetted for authenticity by in-house experts. We stand behind the authenticity of the products we sell.
