Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Maxi Single Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 33 cm wide, 23 cm high and 10 cm deep. These are the measurements for this specific pre-owned piece.

Q: What can I fit inside the bag?
A: Its dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a small pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Avoid overfilling the bag so that the flap closes comfortably without putting pressure on its shape.

Q: What is the difference between a single flap and a double flap?
A: This model has one outer flap, rather than the outer flap plus additional inner flap found on double-flap versions. The single-flap construction offers more direct access to the main compartment.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is the Maxi comfortable for everyday use?
A: Comfort depends on your frame, how much you carry and your preference for larger bags. This piece has a 33 cm-wide body, so consider its proportions alongside your usual handbag. Its weight is not specified in the product information.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this piece. The stated dimensions are external measurements, so they do not guarantee the usable interior space or opening size. Check your device dimensions and ask for confirmation before relying on it as a laptop bag.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this Chanel bag?
A: Handle it gently, avoid overloading it and keep it away from prolonged sunlight, humidity, perfume and other chemicals. Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care and avoid products that could alter the finish. If it gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with any chain or strap wrapped in tissue paper to protect the surface.
