Q: What condition is this Gucci Chiodo Chunky Chain Silver Necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is in good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at its appearance.

Q: How long is the necklace?
A: The listed necklace circumference is 42 cm, approximately 16.5 inches. Compare this measurement with a necklace you already wear comfortably to help assess the fit.

Q: Is the necklace adjustable?
A: An adjustable length or extension chain is not specified in the product information. Please use the listed 42 cm measurement when considering fit and contact A Retro Tale if you need confirmation before purchasing.

Q: Is this necklace made from sterling silver?
A: The product information confirms a silver colour but does not specify the metal composition or silver purity. Please contact A Retro Tale for confirmation rather than assuming it is sterling silver from the product name alone.

Q: Does the necklace come with a box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A box, pouch or authenticity card is not listed as part of this item.

Q: How should I clean this pre-owned necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive cleaners and household chemicals. As the exact material and finish are not specified, seek advice from Gucci or a professional jeweller before using silver polish, cleaning dips or ultrasonic equipment.

Q: Can I wear the necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: It is best to remove it before showering or swimming and to avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products. This is a cautious approach to protecting the finish, particularly while the metal composition remains unconfirmed.

Q: Will the necklace tarnish over time?
A: If it is sterling silver, tarnishing can occur naturally over time through exposure to substances in the environment and personal-care products. The material of this specific necklace is not confirmed, so its tarnishing behaviour cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How should I store the necklace?
A: Keep it in a dry place, separately from other jewellery to reduce rubbing and scratches. A soft pouch or lined jewellery compartment can help protect it; a pouch is not included with this item.
