Its vanity-inspired shape also makes it practical for travel or weekend use. Please refer to the measurements in the product information for the best sense of scale.

Q: Is this bag designed to be carried on the shoulder?
A: Yes. This model is designed as a shoulder bag and features a single strap for comfortable shoulder carry. As with many vanity-style bags, it offers a structured silhouette rather than a soft slouchy fit.

Q: Is the Amfar Three Vanity Star Sharon Stone Bag a rare Louis Vuitton piece?
A: Yes, this model is generally regarded as a rare and collectible Louis Vuitton design. It is associated with the Amfar/Sharon Stone name and is not one of the brand’s standard long-running core models, which makes it especially appealing to collectors of unusual vintage Louis Vuitton bags.

Q: What materials is this bag known for?
A: This style is commonly associated with Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas, natural leather trim, brass-toned hardware, and a coloured textile lining. These elements give it the classic Louis Vuitton look while keeping the bag structured and lightweight for its size.

Q: What is the condition of this specific bag?
A: This item is in very good condition overall. The exterior shows scuffs on the corners plus scratches and marks on the bottom. The interior has a light trace of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches and some tarnishing.

Q: Does this bag come with any accessories?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. If something is not listed in the product information, it should be considered not included.

Q: What does it mean that the serial number is illegible?
A: On vintage Louis Vuitton pieces, interior markings or date-code style stamps can sometimes become faint over time due to age and wear. An illegible serial number does not automatically indicate a problem on a vintage item, especially when the bag has been evaluated as an authentic pre-owned piece using construction, materials, hardware, and overall craftsmanship.

Q: How should I care for a vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas bag with leather trim?
A: Wipe the coated canvas gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. The natural leather trim should be kept away from heavy moisture, oils, and prolonged direct sunlight, as it can darken or mark with age. When not in use, store the bag in a cool, dry place and lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product information, this bag was made in France.
