Q: What typically fits inside the Louis Vuitton Epi Alma BB Bag?
A: With approximate dimensions of 23 x 18 x 12 cm, it is designed for daily essentials rather than bulky items. Most buyers use the Alma BB for a phone, compact wallet or cardholder, keys, lipstick, and a few small extras. A full-size long wallet may be a tighter fit depending on its shape, so smaller essentials work best.

Q: Can this bag be carried by hand and worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. This specific bag has dual rolled handles with an approximate 10 cm handle drop, plus a detachable shoulder strap with an approximate 55 cm drop. It can be carried by hand and may also be worn on the shoulder or crossbody depending on your height and preferred fit.

Q: Is the shoulder strap adjustable?
A: This listing confirms a detachable shoulder strap, but adjustability is not stated in the product information. For this reason, it is best to treat the strap as detachable rather than assume it is adjustable.

Q: Is Epi leather a good choice for everyday use?
A: Yes. Epi leather is widely appreciated for its structured feel, textured finish, and strong resistance to everyday wear compared with many smoother leathers. It is a popular option for buyers who want a refined look with relatively low maintenance.

Q: Is the Alma BB suitable for day-to-evening use?
A: Yes. The Alma BB is often chosen because its compact, structured shape works well both casually and for smarter occasions. It is especially well suited to essentials for city days, lunches, dinners, or light travel, though it is not intended for larger items such as tablets or other bulky belongings.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item includes a detachable shoulder strap and clochette, as listed in the product information. If any additional items are important to you, please rely on the product information shown on this page.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: This piece is rated Very Good overall. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the bag have any interior organisation?
A: Yes. This specific bag has a tonal lining with one internal pocket, along with a zip closure to help keep smaller valuables organised and secure.

Q: What does the serial number MI0163 mean?
A: Under Louis Vuitton's older date-code system, MI indicates production in France, and 0163 corresponds to the 6th week of 2013. Date codes help indicate where and when a bag was made, but they are not a standalone proof of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for vintage Epi leather?
A: Wipe the bag gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners, oils, or soaking the leather. For storage, keep it upright, lightly stuffed, and away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to help preserve its shape and finish.
