ORDERS
Orders shall be placed on the website. It is essential that you examine our confirmation of your order to ensure that it is correct. Due to Swedish legislation, we are obliged to demand written permission from a legal guardian when the customer is below 18 years of age.

All data shown on the product level are data in connection with A Retro Tale AB warehouse. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change.

Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods, as shown on the website, will depend on several factors, such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description. All goods are subject to availability, and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time. Our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such an order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
PAYMENT
Shopping at A Retro Tale means secure and seamless payments with the help of Adyen. Through Adyen, we offer several popular payment options, including Klarna, Swish, PayPal, Vipps, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Walley, Twint, MobilePay, and card payments (VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX). Below is a breakdown of the available options for your country:
Pay Now – A fast, secure, and simple service for direct payments via cards, Swish, Vipps, Twint, MobilePay, and BankID. Accepted cards for payment include VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX, available for all countries we ship to.
Get First. Pay Later. – In collaboration with Klarna, via Adyen, we offer the option to pay later via invoice. This option will appear at checkout if you are approved for Klarna Pay Later.
Pay in Installments. – Through Klarna via Adyen, we offer installment plans with flexible monthly payment options in select countries, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany. This option will appear at checkout if you are approved for Klarna Pay in Installments.

PRICES
All prices listed on the website include a Swedish value-added tax of 25 % if no other information is given. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. A Retro Tale AB cannot inform the customer about these charges. The customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges. The prices stated in the webshop are valid as long as the goods are available or nothing else is stated on our website.
DELIVERY - SHIPPING
In the checkout, when proceeding to the payment, you can see what countries we ship to. All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order. We only provide the information necessary about you to the companies involved in delivering your order, handling your payment and the transport to your home, for example, your telephone number in case there is any problem with delivering your order.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales and holidays. At the checkout, you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.
WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase at A Retro Tale AB. If you order from the website you have a right to regret your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product. You must ship the product without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that all products returned still have to have the labels for a full refund, including dustbags and box etc. And also please note that we reserve ourselves from products being sold out when you wish to change item.
RETURN POLICY
You can return your order within 14 days. Read more about the terms that apply on returns, changes and which address to send it to at our FAQ. Orders placed between November 25 and December 24, 2024, are eligible for extended returns until January 8, 2025.
There are some items that are exempt from the return policy that cannot be returned for health- or hygiene concerns. This is applied to earrings. We only accept returns of earrings with the seal intact. If the seal has been broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Please note that the security tag must be intact and attached to the product for the return right to apply. The right to make a return ceases if you remove the security tag from the product.
MISTAKES
Mistakes can sometimes occur due to human factors or technical errors, such as inaccuracies regarding price or product information. If such a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to cancel purchases made under incorrect conditions. Of course, we always do our best to correct any mistakes as quickly as possible. Since we started A Retro Tale AB, we have built up a long history of satisfied customers, and that is something we attach great importance to. Our top priority is that you as a customer should be really satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to offer the best service at every opportunity.
FORCE MAJEURE
If A Retro Tale AB fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, A Retro Tale AB will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
DISPUTES
We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to help you if something is wrong with your purchase. If we cannot settle, we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.
SELL YOUR BAG
We currently cannot process items from outside the EU.
As we want to be experts in our range, we currently do not have the capacity to source bags from D&G, Mulberry, MCM, Lanvin, Givenchy, Tods, Versace, Rimowa, and a few other High Street designers.
You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of all items you provide to us. If we cannot confirm the authenticity of any item of Products you have provided, we have the right in our sole discretion to refuse to accept the item. If we determine at any time that an item of Product is counterfeit, we shall notify you that we have made such a determination with secondary proof. There is a €100 penalty fee if the item you have provided is counterfeit, which covers our labour and costs associated with authentication, processing and shipping. This fee is charged before the counterfeit product is sent back to you. You acknowledge and understand that A Retro Tale is subject to laws and regulations relating to claims that consigned items are counterfeit, have been stolen, or otherwise violate applicable law. We take such reports seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement in all investigations.
