CartierMust Colisee 24mm Quartz Watch

Q: What size is this Cartier Must Colisee watch?
A: This watch has a 24mm case, which wears as a small, refined size on the wrist. It is ideal if you prefer a classic, elegant watch rather than an oversized look.

Q: Is this watch quartz or mechanical?
A: This Cartier Must Colisee is a quartz watch, meaning it is battery powered. Quartz movements are appreciated for being easy to wear, accurate, and low-maintenance compared with manual-wind watches.

Q: Is 24mm a good everyday size?
A: Yes. A 24mm Cartier is a timeless dressy size that also works beautifully for everyday wear if you enjoy delicate proportions. It offers an understated vintage look that pairs well with both casual and formal outfits.

Q: What condition is this watch in?
A: This piece is listed in Very Good Condition. It shows light traces of use externally, the internal condition is noted as very good, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches consistent with careful previous wear.

Q: Does this watch come with box, papers, or other extras?
A: No. According to the product information, this watch comes with no accessories. If you would like to confirm what is included before purchase, please refer to the product information on the listing page.

Q: Can I wear this watch in water?
A: We do not recommend treating a vintage pre-owned watch as suitable for swimming or regular water exposure unless it has been freshly pressure-tested. As with most Cartier watches, water resistance depends on the condition of the seals and the crown being properly secured.

Q: How often does a quartz Cartier need a battery change or service?
A: Battery life varies with use, but quartz Cartier watches typically need periodic battery replacement and seal checks. For best care, battery changes and servicing should be carried out by Cartier or a qualified authorised watch specialist.

Q: Can the strap be replaced?
A: Yes, in most cases the strap on a Cartier Must Colisee can be changed when worn or if you want a different look. We recommend having any replacement fitted by a professional watch specialist to ensure the correct size and secure fit for the case and buckle style.

Q: How do you authenticate this Cartier watch?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is reviewed by specialists using detailed authenticity checks covering construction, finishing, hallmarks, movement type, dial details, and overall consistency with the model. This helps ensure the piece is genuine and correctly represented.
