Q: Is this Céline Logo Rhinestone Bracelet authentic?
A: Yes. Every item at A Retro Tale is rigorously vetted by our in‑house experts and sold with our authenticity commitment. Shop with confidence.

Q: What is it made of? Are the stones real diamonds and is the metal solid silver?
A: Vintage Céline costume jewellery typically features plated base metal in a silver‑tone finish with glass rhinestones/crystals. The stones are not diamonds and the metal is not solid sterling silver unless explicitly stated. Exact composition can vary by era—please review the photos and contact us if you’d like us to confirm specifics for this bracelet.

Q: What is the length and will it fit me?
A: Please refer to the “Perimeter Bracelets” measurement on this page (our listing shows 17 cm for this piece). If you need the precise wearable range (minimum–maximum circumference) or would like us to check how it sits on the wrist, message us and we’ll measure it for you.

Q: How does it fasten?
A: This bracelet uses a lobster clasp for secure closure. You can see the exact fastening in the close‑up photos; contact us if you’d like additional images or confirmation.

Q: What hallmarks or stamps should I expect on vintage Céline jewellery?
A: Many vintage Céline pieces carry a “CELINE” stamp, sometimes with a country of origin (often France or Italy) and occasionally collection‑specific marks. Placement can be on the charm, clasp or a small plaque. Stamps vary by era, and some pieces may have minimal markings. Our listing photos show any signatures present on this bracelet.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Is it nickel‑free?
A: Vintage and fashion jewellery may contain nickel. If you have sensitivities, consider a clear barrier product on contact points or wearing for shorter periods. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and contact us for guidance.

Q: How should I care for the silver‑tone plating and pink rhinestones?
A: Keep the bracelet dry and away from perfume, lotions, hairspray and sanitiser. After wear, gently wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; use a dry cotton bud to remove dust around stone settings. Do not soak, use ultrasonic cleaners or chemical dips (including silver dips), and store separately in a pouch to prevent scratches and preserve sparkle.

Q: Will the finish tarnish or the stones loosen over time? Can I wear it in water?
A: Plated finishes can show light wear and micro‑scratches at high‑contact points with use, and rhinestones can dull if exposed to moisture or cosmetics. Avoid showering, swimming or washing hands while wearing the bracelet. Proper care—keeping it dry, wiping after wear and storing carefully—helps maintain lustre and stone security. We disclose any notable wear in the photos and condition notes.

Q: Can the length be adjusted or the bracelet repaired/replated?
A: A jeweller can often add a short extender, replace the clasp, reset/replace rhinestones and perform gentle replating. Alterations may affect originality and resale value. We don’t offer in‑house modifications but can recommend reputable specialists on request.

Q: What condition should I expect, what is included, and can I return it?
A: Expect gentle vintage wear consistent with the listing (this piece is described as Very Good, with hardware showing light scratches). Only accessories specifically shown or listed are included. Returns are accepted in line with our policy—please see our Returns page for eligibility and timeframes, and ensure the item is returned in the same condition received.
