Q: How will the 41 cm chain fit on me?
A: At 41 cm (around 16 inches), this typically sits at the base of the neck as a classic choker/short necklace for most wearers. If you prefer a looser fit, consider adding a small extender for extra length.

Q: Is this necklace sterling silver?
A: It is described as silver‑tone metal, which refers to a silvery colour finish rather than solid sterling silver. Silver‑tone fashion jewellery is usually plated over a base metal, so it should be cared for like plated jewellery rather than solid silver.

Q: Are the stones real diamonds?
A: The stones are rhinestones (also called diamanté) – decorative, faceted crystals designed to mimic the sparkle of diamonds. They are not diamonds or precious gemstones.

Q: Can I wear it in the shower, pool or at the gym?
A: We recommend removing it before showering, swimming or workouts. Moisture, soaps and chlorine can dull plating, and water getting behind foil‑backed rhinestones may cause clouding over time.

Q: How should I clean the rhinestones and metal safely?
A: Avoid soaking. Instead, wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, ammonia/alcohol‑based products or abrasive polishes on the stones. Lightly buff the metal with a non‑abrasive, lint‑free cloth.

Q: How can I keep the silver‑tone finish looking its best?
A: Put on fragrance, lotions and hairspray before the necklace; avoid friction with other chains; remove before sleeping; and store it separately in a soft pouch or lined box. Keep it dry and wipe after wear.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin or nickel allergies?
A: As a vintage, silver‑tone fashion piece, the exact alloy is not specified and may contain nickel. If you are sensitive, consider a clear jewellery barrier on contact points and limit prolonged wear. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.

Q: Can the length be adjusted?
A: The necklace has a standard clasp closure. If you need extra length, you can attach a small chain extender (typically 2–5 cm) to the clasp. Extenders are not included.

Q: What is included with my purchase?
A: Everything that comes with the item is listed under the product information on this page. If a dust bag, box or similar isn’t listed there, it isn’t included.
