Q: What are the key details of this Chanel Coco Mark Beads Necklace?
A: This vintage Chanel necklace features mixed bead embellishments, a crystal-embellished interlocking CC logo, gunmetal-tone hardware and a lobster clasp closure.

Q: What is the necklace length and how will it sit?
A: The necklace perimeter is approximately 45 cm. On most wearers, that length sits around the collarbone or just below it, depending on neck size and styling preference.

Q: How does this piece fasten?
A: It closes with a lobster clasp, which offers a practical and secure way to put the necklace on and take it off.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: It is listed in good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny and shows light surface scratches consistent with careful vintage wear.

Q: Does it come with the original box, pouch or authenticity card?
A: No additional items are listed in the product information, so this piece is sold as the necklace only.

Q: How should I care for vintage Chanel jewellery like this?
A: Put it on after perfume, hairspray and make-up, and avoid water, soap, humidity and other chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it separately to help protect the beads, crystals and metal finish.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day?
A: It can be worn regularly, but as a vintage bead-and-crystal piece it is best treated with extra care and removed before showering, exercising or sleeping.

Q: Can Chanel jewellery be authenticated by the hallmark alone?
A: No. A hallmark or plaque is important, but experts also assess the overall construction, finish, weight, clasp and quality of the piece because stamps can be copied.

Q: Do all vintage Chanel necklaces have the same stamp or date marking?
A: No. Chanel jewellery markings changed over time, and some older pieces may be unsigned or marked differently depending on the era. That is why authentication should always consider the full piece rather than one detail alone.
