Q: How will this Christian Dior choker fit?
A: This choker has a perimeter of approximately 38 cm, so it is designed to sit closely around the neck for a classic choker fit. For best accuracy, compare the measurement with a necklace or tape measure around your neck to see where it will sit on you.

Q: Is this piece adjustable?
A: No adjustable length is listed in the product data for this item. Please use the stated 38 cm perimeter as the best guide to fit.

Q: What colour is this choker?
A: The product colour is listed as gold, giving it a warm, polished look that works well both as a statement piece and as part of a layered jewellery look.

Q: What condition is the choker in?
A: It is listed in very good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful previous wear and typical for vintage jewellery.

Q: Does it come with any extras?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. If you would like to confirm exactly what is included before purchase, the product information is the best reference.

Q: How do I know a vintage Dior choker is authentic?
A: Dior jewellery is typically checked through a combination of details such as signature plaques or stamps, overall construction, finish quality, weight, clasp design, and consistency of materials. At A Retro Tale, all items are carefully vetted for authenticity before sale.

Q: How should I style a Dior choker?
A: A choker like this can be worn on its own for a clean vintage statement or layered with slightly longer necklaces for a more modern look. It pairs especially well with open necklines such as scoop, square, boat, or off-the-shoulder styles.

Q: How should I care for this choker?
A: To help preserve the finish, avoid water, perfume, lotions, and hairspray coming into direct contact with the piece. After wearing, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth and store it separately in a pouch or lined jewellery box to minimise scratches.

Q: Is a 38 cm choker comfortable for everyday wear?
A: For many people, 38 cm falls within a typical choker length, but comfort depends on your individual neck measurement and how close a fit you prefer. If you like a snug, collar-style necklace, this length is often ideal; if you prefer a looser fit, compare it with a necklace you already own before purchasing.
