Q: What typically fits inside the Fendi Mini Peekaboo?
A: With its approximate dimensions of 23 × 18 × 8 cm and two organised compartments, it comfortably holds a large smartphone, a small wallet or cardholder, keys, lipstick and compact, and slim sunglasses without a bulky case. Taller bottles or long continental wallets are generally a tight fit.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody as well as by hand?
A: Yes. This piece includes a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap with an approximate drop of 52 cm, making it suitable for shoulder or crossbody wear on most frames. The single top handle (about 8 cm drop) is ideal for hand or crook‑of‑arm carry.

Q: How does the Peekaboo closure and interior work?
A: It features Fendi’s signature twist‑lock at the top and a leather‑lined interior divided into two sections by a stiff partition, plus a small zipped pocket. You can carry it fully closed or leave one side unlocked for the classic peekaboo effect.

Q: What are the exact measurements of this item?
A: Width approximately 23 cm; height 18 cm; depth 8 cm; handle drop about 8 cm; strap drop about 52 cm (adjustable). Please refer to the Measurements on this page for full details.

Q: How much does the Mini typically weigh?
A: Minis usually sit around 0.6–0.8 kg depending on leather and hardware. Actual weight can vary slightly from piece to piece.

Q: Is the strap removable and can I swap it for another?
A: Yes. The shoulder strap is detachable, so you can replace it with another compatible strap to adjust length or change the look.

Q: How should I care for the black leather and gold‑tone hardware?
A: Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; allow to air‑dry naturally. Avoid prolonged sunlight, moisture, oils and alcohol‑based products. Store loosely stuffed in a breathable dust bag to maintain shape, and avoid overfilling to reduce stress on the twist‑lock and corners.

Q: There is a light vintage odour—how can I reduce it safely?
A: Air the bag in a cool, dry room away from direct sunlight. Place unscented absorbents like baking‑soda sachets or activated charcoal nearby (not in direct contact with the leather) for a few days. Avoid perfumes or harsh deodorisers; repeat as needed.

Q: Is the Mini Peekaboo still a current model and when did the style launch?
