Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: The exterior and interior are both rated Very Good. There is fraying on the denim edges, watermarks on the leather strap and a pen mark inside. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. These details describe this individual pre-owned bag, rather than the model in general.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this bag, as stated in the product information.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label states France.

Q: How should I care for the denim and leather strap?
A: Keep the bag away from moisture, direct heat, prolonged sunlight and abrasive surfaces. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products and harsh cleaning chemicals. If the leather strap gets wet, gently blot it with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Do not scrub the existing watermarks or pen mark; seek specialist advice before attempting stain removal. Store the bag in a breathable protective pouch in a ventilated area when not in use.
