Q: How big is the Balenciaga Crystal Logo Hourglass XS bag?
A: It measures approximately 19 cm wide, 12 cm high and 6.5 cm deep. Its compact XS size is intended for small essentials rather than larger items.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: It may fit a smaller phone, but this depends on your phone and case. Compare their dimensions with the bag’s measurements before purchasing, as the usable space inside may be smaller than the exterior dimensions.

Q: Can I carry it by hand or on my shoulder?
A: Yes. It has a top handle and comes with a shoulder strap. The listed handle measurement is 7.5 cm and the strap measurement is 54 cm; check these against your preferred fit.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is in very good pre-owned condition. There is minor discolouration on the piping at the base, a light trace of use inside and light scratches on the otherwise shiny hardware.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: A dust bag, shoulder strap and booklet are included. Please refer to the product information for the listed accessories.

Q: What colour is it, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: Will it hold a laptop?
A: No. At approximately 19 × 12 × 6.5 cm, this XS bag is too small for a laptop. It is better suited to compact everyday essentials.

Q: How should I care for the bag and its crystal logo?
A: Handle the decorative logo gently and avoid rubbing it against rough surfaces. Wipe the bag with a soft, dry cloth, avoid harsh cleaning products, and store it in its dust bag when not in use.

Q: Is a serial number listed for this bag?
A: No serial number is provided in the product information. If you would like more details about this specific bag, please contact A Retro Tale.
