Q: Is the Chanel CC Medium Double Sided Flap Bag the same as a Classic Double Flap?
A: No. Double-sided refers to a design with flap access on opposite sides of the bag, whereas Classic Double Flap refers to an outer flap and an additional inner flap. This item is listed as the Double Sided Bag model.

Q: What are this bag’s measurements?
A: This bag measures 23 cm wide, 14 cm high and 7 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing it with other Chanel bags, rather than relying on the Medium name alone.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions suggest it is best suited to small essentials such as a slim cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Phone fit will depend on your device and case, and the internal layout reduces usable space compared with the exterior measurements. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flaps closed.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: It is categorised as a shoulder bag, with a listed strap measurement of 22 cm. Crossbody suitability and strap adjustability are not confirmed in the product information, so do not assume it offers the same carrying options as other Chanel flap bags.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The overall condition is listed as Very Good Condition. The exterior is described as good, with worn leather throughout and a slightly collapsed shape. The interior is also described as good, with marks and scratches on the lining. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The product information lists the colour as beige and the country of origin as France. The leather type and hardware colour are not specified.

Q: Does this bag include an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed as included. The recorded serial number is 3995737.

Q: How can I help prevent colour transfer onto the beige leather?
A: Avoid prolonged contact and repeated rubbing against dark or strongly dyed clothing. CHANEL recommends limiting contact between light and dark colours to reduce the risk of colour transfer. Also protect the bag from prolonged sunlight and moisture.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper shielding the straps or chains from the leather. Avoid compressing it during storage, particularly given its slightly collapsed shape.
