Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Classic Mini Coco Hearts Square Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide × 14 cm high × 6 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when assessing its size, as dimensions can vary between Chanel Mini styles.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: It is best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as a slim cardholder, keys and a lipstick. A phone may also fit, depending on its size and case. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Will my mobile phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit cannot be guaranteed. Compare your phone, including its case, with the bag's external measurements of 19 × 14 × 6 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and space for other belongings.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: Crossbody comfort depends on your height, build and preferred carrying position. The listed strap measurement is 50 cm; the product data does not specify whether this is the full length or the drop. Please confirm the measurement before purchasing if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as new or unworn.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Does this bag come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I clean and protect this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter its finish. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice before applying any material-specific treatment.

Q: How should I store this bag between uses?
A: Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, away from direct light and moisture. Lightly support its shape with tissue paper and wrap the strap or chain to prevent it from pressing against the bag. Avoid compressing or overstuffing it.
