Q: What are the measurements of this Goyard Saint Louis GM Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 54 cm wide × 32 cm high × 18 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 20 cm. Please use these item-specific measurements rather than general size guides when assessing its suitability.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior shows light signs of use, the interior has pen marks, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a pouch?
A: Yes, a pouch is included, as listed in the product information. No other accessories are confirmed for this item.

Q: What is the Saint Louis GM made from?
A: The Saint Louis GM model is made from Goyardine canvas with leather handles and trim. Its unlined construction has a linen-and-cotton inner side, giving the tote its lightweight, flexible feel rather than a rigid structure.

Q: Can I carry the Saint Louis GM on my shoulder?
A: The model's two leather handles allow it to be carried by hand or over the shoulder. This item's listed handle measurement is 20 cm; shoulder comfort will depend on your build, clothing and how much you carry.

Q: Is this bag suitable for carrying a laptop?
A: The GM offers generous space, but laptop fit is not confirmed for this particular item. Compare your device and sleeve with the listed measurements, allowing for the bag's tapered shape. Goyard advises against carrying excessively heavy items, so capacity should not be taken as a guarantee of suitability for a heavy laptop or work load.

Q: Is the Saint Louis GM reversible?
A: Yes, the Saint Louis GM model is designed to be reversible, allowing either the Goyardine exterior or the linen-and-cotton inner side to face outwards. Please note that this particular bag has interior pen marks, which may be visible when reversed.

Q: How should I clean the bag, and can the pen marks be removed?
A: Goyard recommends gently wiping the canvas and leather with a soft, lint-free cloth and removing interior dust with a soft brush. Avoid vigorous rubbing, solvents, commercial cleaning products and machine washing. Removal of the existing pen marks cannot be guaranteed; seek advice from Goyard before attempting stain treatment. If the bag gets wet, gently dab it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth.

Q: How should I store the Saint Louis GM?
A: Store it away from light, heat and damp, with tissue paper inside to help preserve its shape. Use a suitable protective fabric cover if available, and avoid plastic storage. A dust bag is not confirmed as included with this item.
