BvlgariMulti Layered Silver Necklace

Q: How long is the Bvlgari Multi Layered Silver Necklace?
A: The listed necklace circumference is 60 cm. Individual layer lengths and an adjustable length range are not specified.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is in Very Good Condition, with light marks and scratches throughout the material. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is this necklace made from sterling silver?
A: The product name describes it as a silver necklace, and its listed colour is silver. However, the product information does not specify the metal composition or purity, so sterling silver cannot be confirmed from the listing alone.

Q: Does the necklace come with a box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. An original box or pouch is therefore not included.

Q: How should I clean this necklace?
A: For light surface cleaning, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. As its exact materials are not specified, ask a Bvlgari boutique or a qualified jeweller for advice before using silver polish, cleaning solutions or soaking it.

Q: Can I wear this necklace while swimming, exercising or sleeping?
A: Remove it before swimming, exercising or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, chlorine and household chemicals, and keep it away from strong heat and sudden temperature changes.

Q: How should I store the necklace to help prevent tangling?
A: Store it separately from other jewellery in a soft pouch or lined box. Close the fastening and lay the necklace flat, arranging the layers neatly rather than bunching them together. This helps reduce tangling and contact scratches.

Q: Can the existing scratches be polished out?
A: Whether polishing is suitable depends on the materials, finish and depth of the scratches. Ask a Bvlgari boutique or a qualified jeweller to assess it before attempting treatment; complete scratch removal cannot be guaranteed.
