ChanelCamellia Corsages Brooch

Q: What size is this Chanel Camellia Corsages Brooch?
A: This brooch measures approximately 6 x 6 cm with a depth of about 1 cm. It has a noticeable floral presence while still being easy to wear on a lapel, knit or scarf.

Q: What materials and details does it feature?
A: This piece is made in pink fabric with gold-tone hardware and a pin closure. The camellia flower is one of Chanel’s most recognisable motifs and gives the brooch a classic, feminine look.

Q: How does the brooch fasten?
A: It secures with a pin closure at the back. For the best hold, fasten it through a stable area such as a blazer lapel, coat, scarf or heavier knit.

Q: How can I style a Chanel camellia brooch?
A: A camellia brooch can be worn on a jacket lapel, knitwear, dress, scarf or hat. This pink fabric version works especially well as a soft statement detail against neutral tailoring, black outerwear or simple monochrome looks.

Q: Will a pin brooch damage delicate clothing?
A: Any pin brooch can leave a small hole or mark on very delicate fabrics. To reduce the risk, attach it to sturdier fabric, a seam or a layered area rather than very fine silk or loose, open knits.

Q: What condition is this vintage brooch in?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good. There are light traces of use to the exterior, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches consistent with gentle wear.

Q: Is this a vintage piece, and where was it made?
A: Yes, this is a vintage Chanel brooch. The origin label states France.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: A box is included. If any other item is not listed in the product information, it is not included with this piece.

Q: How should I care for a vintage fabric Chanel brooch?
A: Store it in its box away from moisture, heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics directly onto the fabric or hardware, and do not wash or soak the brooch. Handle it gently after wear and keep the pin closed when stored.

Q: How do you verify authenticity?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is reviewed and sold as authentic. For vintage Chanel brooches, authentication typically includes checks of materials, finish, construction, back fittings and brand markings appropriate to the piece.
