Q: What material and colour is this Chanel CC Suede Accordion Flap Bag?
A: This bag has a suede exterior in camel. The suede on this particular pre-owned piece shows rubbing, darkening and discolouration throughout, so its colour is not uniform.

Q: What are the bag’s dimensions?
A: It measures 20 cm wide, 18 cm high and 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 25 cm.

Q: What can I carry inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it an option for small everyday essentials, such as a cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Phone fit depends on your device and case, so compare their dimensions with the bag’s measurements. Avoid overfilling to help preserve its shape.

Q: What condition is this specific bag in?
A: It is rated Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing, darkening and discolouration across the suede. The interior is in good condition with light signs of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are included according to the product information. This means a dust bag, box and authenticity card are not supplied with this item.

Q: Can I use this suede bag in the rain?
A: It is best reserved for dry weather, as moisture can mark suede and affect its texture. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a clean, absorbent, lint-free cloth without rubbing, then allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Q: How should I clean the suede, and can the existing marks be removed?
A: For loose surface dust, use a soft suede brush with very gentle strokes on dry suede. Avoid ordinary leather creams, water-based cleaners and harsh household products. Existing darkening and discolouration may not be fully removable; consult a specialist suede cleaner or Chanel boutique before treating this pre-owned piece.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a breathable dust bag, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid placing other items on top or packing it tightly. A dust bag would need to be obtained separately, as none is included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.
