Q: What typically fits inside this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Coin Purse?
A: With measurements of approximately 13 x 7 x 1 cm, it is best suited to coins, folded notes, a few cards, and other very small essentials. It is a compact piece, so it will not hold bulkier items such as a phone or a large set of keys.

Q: Can it hold cards as well as coins?
A: Yes. This style can accommodate a few cards alongside coins and folded cash, but capacity depends on how much you carry. For the best fit, we recommend using it as a compact organiser rather than overfilling it.

Q: Is this better as a coin purse or as a full everyday wallet?
A: It is best used as a small coin purse or compact wallet insert. If you carry many cards, receipts, or full-length banknotes every day, you may prefer a larger wallet format.

Q: What is Intrecciato?
A: Intrecciato is Bottega Veneta’s signature woven leather technique and one of the house’s most recognisable design details. It is prized for its discreet luxury look, soft hand feel, and artisanal character.

Q: How should I care for vintage Intrecciato leather?
A: Handle it with clean, dry hands and store it away from prolonged sunlight, heat, and moisture. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and avoid overstuffing, as this helps preserve both the leather and the woven structure over time.

Q: What accessories are included with this item?
A: According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. If you would like to confirm what is included before purchase, please refer to the product information on this page.

Q: What is the condition of this specific piece?
A: This coin purse is listed in very good condition. The exterior shows minor discolouration next to the zipper, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the absence of a serial number automatically mean a vintage Bottega Veneta item is not authentic?
A: No. On vintage Bottega Veneta pieces, a missing or non-visible serial number can be normal, especially on smaller leather goods. Authenticity should be assessed through the overall craftsmanship, weave, leather quality, stamps, and hardware rather than one detail alone.
