Q: What typically fits inside the Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Key Pouch?
A: With approximate dimensions of 13.5 × 8 × 1 cm, it comfortably holds 4–6 cards, folded banknotes, a few coins and a house key. Slim car key fobs may fit; bulkier fobs are best clipped to the chain and left outside the zip if needed. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact sizing.

Q: Is the chain strap removable and how is it used?
A: Yes. The chain ends in a clasp so you can detach it or use it to secure keys, or to tether the pouch to a bag D‑ring or belt loop. At about 31 cm, it is designed for security and quick access rather than shoulder wear; some customers slip it round the wrist depending on hand size.

Q: Can I clip the pouch inside a larger bag and still zip it closed?
A: Yes. The clasped chain lets you anchor the pouch inside a tote or backpack. You can zip the pouch closed with the chain attached; if an attached key fob is bulky, leave the fob outside the pouch and close the zip around the chain for ease.

Q: What leather is this and what does Intrecciato mean?
A: It is crafted in soft nappa leather woven using Bottega Veneta’s signature Intrecciato technique. The weave gives a supple handfeel with a refined, minimal look.

Q: How should I care for the leather and hardware?
A: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with liquids, creams, oils, make‑up, perfumes, direct sunlight, heat and abrasive surfaces. Do not overfill. Store stuffed lightly, in a breathable dust bag, away from humidity. For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use a high‑quality neutral leather product sparingly or consult a professional leather specialist.

Q: Does this pouch offer RFID‑blocking?
A: Bottega Veneta does not advertise RFID‑blocking for this style. If RFID protection is essential, consider using separate RFID card sleeves inside the pouch.

Q: Is it unisex?
A: Yes. The minimalist design and practical size make it suitable for all users.

Q: Does it have a serial number or authenticity card?
A: Some Bottega Veneta small leather goods have internal codes, but not every vintage piece includes a visible serial or card. The absence of a code does not imply inauthenticity. Every item at A Retro Tale is rigorously authenticated by our in‑house experts and is guaranteed authentic.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed under product information on this page. This specific piece is noted as coming without additional items unless otherwise stated.
