Q: How many cards does this Céline card holder hold comfortably?
A: It has three exterior card slots plus one central compartment. Most users find 5–6 standard cards a comfortable load without overstretching the leather; you can add a couple more in the centre if needed, but we do not recommend overfilling to preserve shape.

Q: Can it carry banknotes or coins?
A: Yes, a few banknotes folded once or twice fit neatly in the central compartment. It is not designed for coins as there is no zipped pocket, and loose coins may mark the leather.

Q: Will my driving licence or transit card fit?
A: Yes. It fits standard ID‑1 sized cards (the same size as typical bank cards), including most driving licences and transit cards. Extra‑thick building passes may be tighter and are best kept in the central compartment.

Q: Is this card holder RFID‑blocking?
A: It is not designed as an RFID‑blocking piece. For everyday use most people do not require RFID protection; if you prefer it, simply add a slim RFID sleeve for your most‑used card inside the central compartment.

Q: How should I care for the textured leather?
A: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. For marks, use a slightly damp cloth and allow to air‑dry away from heat. Condition sparingly with a neutral leather cream a few times per year. Avoid overfilling, prolonged sunlight or moisture, and light‑coloured garments may pick up colour transfer; store in a breathable pouch with tissue in the centre to help maintain shape.

Q: Will the silver‑toned logo stamp wear or tarnish?
A: The logo is a stamped finish on leather rather than metal hardware, so it will not tarnish. As with any foil/print, heavy friction can cause gradual fading; minimise rubbing against keys and rotate which slot carries your main card to distribute wear.

Q: Is the design unisex?
A: Yes. The minimalist profile, neutral grey colour and compact format make it a versatile choice for any wardrobe.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed under the product information on this page. For this listing, no additional items are included. If an element isn’t mentioned there, it is not part of the purchase.

Q: How do you authenticate this piece?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is rigorously checked by our in‑house experts using multi‑point inspection of materials, stitching, stamps, and hardware details. We stand behind the authenticity of all items and are happy to provide further product information on request.

Q: Why does the brand name appear with an accent on Céline?
A: This is a vintage piece. The house used the accented “Céline” logo historically; the logo was updated in 2018 to “Celine” without the accent, so the accented stamp is era‑appropriate for older items.
