Christian DiorBracelet

Q: What are the main details of this Christian Dior bracelet?
A: This vintage bracelet features silver-tone hardware, a crystal-embellished rose charm, a 'CD' logo charm and a spring-ring clasp closure.

Q: What size is the bracelet?
A: The listed perimeter is 19 cm. This makes it a helpful reference point when comparing the bracelet to your usual fit or to your wrist measurement.

Q: How can I check whether it will fit me?
A: A simple way to check is to measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a soft tape measure, then compare that number with the bracelet’s 19 cm perimeter. If you prefer a looser fit, allow a little extra room.

Q: Is the bracelet adjustable?
A: Based on the available product information, it is listed with a 19 cm perimeter and a spring-ring clasp. An extender is not mentioned, so it is best treated as a fixed-length bracelet.

Q: What condition is this piece in?
A: It is graded Very Good condition with light traces of use. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle vintage wear.

Q: What is included with the bracelet?
A: The listing does not note any additional items included with this piece. If you would like to double-check before purchase, please review the product information on the listing.

Q: Is this bracelet authentic?
A: A Retro Tale states that every item it sells is authenticated by its in-house experts through a two-step screening process. With vintage Dior jewellery, hallmarks near the clasp, overall construction and finish are commonly checked as part of authentication.

Q: How should I care for vintage Dior jewellery like this?
A: To help preserve the finish and crystals, avoid contact with perfume, alcohol, lotions, water and other chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming or sport, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, and wipe it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Q: Can a vintage Dior bracelet show scratches or finish wear over time?
A: Yes. Vintage fashion jewellery can develop surface scratches or finish wear with regular use, especially around clasps and charms. This example already shows light scratches, so gentle handling is recommended.

Q: Is this bracelet best for everyday wear or special occasions?
A: It can suit both, but vintage crystal-set jewellery is usually best worn with a little extra care. Many buyers prefer pieces like this for occasion wear or lighter day-to-day styling rather than constant exposure to water, sport or cosmetics.
