Q: What typically fits inside this Louis Vuitton Epi Pochette Accessoires Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 24 × 13 × 3 cm, it is best suited to essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys, lipstick, tissues and other small daily items. Its slim depth means bulky pieces or a large continental wallet may be a tight fit.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This style is designed primarily for short-shoulder wear or to be carried as a clutch. On this piece, the strap drop is approximately 15 cm, so it sits best tucked under the arm rather than worn crossbody.

Q: Is Epi leather durable enough for everyday use?
A: Yes. Louis Vuitton Epi leather is known for its structured feel, embossed texture and strong everyday durability. It generally resists light scratches better than smoother leathers, which makes it a practical vintage choice for regular use.

Q: How should I care for vintage Epi leather?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, light-coloured cloth and avoid abrasive surfaces, prolonged sunlight, heat, moisture, perfume, make-up and hand sanitiser. When not in use, store it loosely filled in a breathable pouch to help maintain its shape.

Q: What does the date code AR1907 mean?
A: For Louis Vuitton bags from this era, AR indicates production in France and the four digits show the month and year. AR1907 corresponds to October 1997. Date codes are useful for dating a piece, but they are not unique serial numbers and should not be used on their own to confirm authenticity.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This item is listed in very good vintage condition with light traces of use to the exterior and interior. The hardware shows visible scratches and tarnishing, which is common for a pre-loved piece of this age.

Q: Does this item come with any additional items?
A: No additional items are included with this piece according to the product information, so the sale is for the bag only unless otherwise stated.

Q: Is the Pochette Accessoires better for evenings or everyday use?
A: It works well for both. Its compact shape makes it a smart evening option, while many collectors also use this style for errands, lunches or as a pouch inside a larger tote when carrying only the essentials.
